      To expand the environmental protection cooperation field of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, communicate on the technologies and experience regarding solid wastes management of all Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries and promote the regional sustainable development, we have planned to hold the Solid Wastes Management Training Seminar of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Beijing, China from December 19 to 20, 2017.

      At the meeting, the laws, regulations and technical experience in the solid waste management field will be shared, and the demand and direction of the future cooperation in the solid wastes field of Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be discussed. Please see preliminary agenda shown in Annex 1.

      We hereby sincerely invite you to nominate some representatives to attend the seminar, introduce the laws, regulations, advanced technologies and relevant cases in your country’s solid wastes management field in 1 to 2 sessions and communicate on the solid wastes cooperation demand in the round table discussion meeting. The experts of relevant fields are also welcomed. If required, the Chinese Government can provide your 1 to 3 representatives participating in the meeting (including central government, local government and enterprise representatives) with relevant expenses, including the international round flight tickets, accommodation during the meeting and pick-up at airport.
